PSYCHOTHERAPY RATES

  • Individual, Family, and Psychotherapy rates vary depending on the therapist. For an exact rate, please inquire for clarification. Most of our therapists charge $135 per 55- minute session.

SELF-PAY

  • Self-pay protects your confidentiality and allows you to make your own decisions about treatment – not having to rely on insurance coverage and sometimes complex networks.

  • If you decline using insurance, you will be provided a Good Faith Estimate showing full disclosure of all potential costs and charges prior to your first appointment.

Payment Options

  • Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. We will keep your credit card on file for your convenience, and charge it on the evening of each session.

We understand that treatment & support can add up and become expensive over time – but the personal and financial costs of delaying or avoiding treatment can be much higher. Instead of focusing on the cost of therapy, consider what the many potential costs are of not going to treatment.

Insurance

  • Each provider is credentialed with various insurance plans. Please see your provider's specific bio to confirm your plan is included. At this time none of our providers accept any HMO polices, Tricare, Soonercare, or Medicaid/Medicare. We are also not able to bill secondary insurance.

  • If your insurance is out-of-network, we will be happy to provide you with a superbill/receipt that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement. Many out-of-network clients have found success with this.

  • We are not able to verify your insurance prior to your first visit. It will be your responsibility to verify your coverage and understand your personal responsibility (copay, deductible, etc.).

  • We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

  • Our billing practice is to charge a $25/session fee to cover a potential copay and then submit claims to your insurance for your sessions. Once we receive the explanation of benefits (EOB) showing your responsibility (co-payments, deductibles, etc), we then send you a statement showing your balance and then charge the credit card we have on file for your balance due. If insurance covers the entire amount, we will refund the $25 charges. PLEASE NOTE:  Your insurer won’t pay anything if you haven’t yet met your deductible.  You will be required to pay the contracted rate and that will be credited towards your deductible. If you have met your deductible, your insurer will pay their share after you’ve paid your copay.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelations within 24 hours, or no-show sessions will automatically be charged the full rate, as this time has been set aside exclusively for you.
